INTRODUCTION
New York. More than just a dream or a vision of a settler humbled by the awe of the state, NYC forms a powerful and conceptual component in the mind of the modern human — planetary-scale.
At the planetary-scale, New York has seen it all, from apples to orchards to farms to supermarkets to online groceries (delivered on-demand). And along this way emerged the skyscraper. Perhaps the undoubted symbol of commerce intertwined with habitation, the skyscraper might well be a modern heir of the castle — more than just an aristocratic fortification, the castle of medieval times formed a dwelling-place for a community, capable of providing shelter as well as societal functionality. In this sense, the heir apparent to the skyscraper might well be conceived off when all of the requisites of the skyscraper can be surmised into our imaginary new struct, whatever form it may take. For now, we could refer to this new idea as a hyperstructur.
Segueing on from where we are now — a perimeter between the future and the present — there is a critical need for a new investment bank. And this need emerges from modern-day unmet challenges. All three of the challenges together: global warming, the space habitation ambitions of popular society and the unrealised careers of much of society, such as the homeless and those of low-income from across the world.
The solutions I propose are three-fold. A carbon-0 economy. An array of investments funding habitation across the solar system and — in our lifetime — and a doubling of income levels. And all three at the planetary-scale.
PROJECT STAMEN
Winterdelta seeks to establish 3 tracts, none of which are currently beyond a conceptual status. Leaves (of Lothlorién), Hooves & Halos. The first into investment banking. The second into agri-technology and the third, into space-engineering and requisite technologies (such as the Multi-OS). The ambitions of winterdelta includes the facilitation of carbon-positive operations in the exoearth (space) economy and a stepped doubling of income for all future employees.
The project is at status: Midlight. This means that it is getting ready for initialisation. Once preparation concluded and has matured, the project can formally conduct financial operations. It will have reached status: Greenlight.

The table below identifies and provides a high-level outline for the 5–stage pathway toward and for a commercially successful entrepreneurial venture.
MULTI-OS
The Multi-OS is the perfect vehicle for the market-dissemination of each Technology Research Unit (TRU). Every cluster of every TRU node will be engineered to facilitate high-velocity functioning of the TRU. As an example, the Polaris’ team will have a Multi-OS instance with its own deployment cycle. Quite different to the Multi-OS used by the Hybrida team. And the ceo of winterdelta will have a Multi-OS configured to view the roll-out of the TRU Complex as a whole. Again, different from that of every personnel within or throughout the organisation.
