Named after the constellation Orion, Winterdelta endeavours to commercialise merchant-services via 3 key tracts:

Leaves of Lothlorién aims to offer technology investment banking, via an account product — the Hybrida. A chief and distinguishing sub-tract being the Technology Research Unit (TRU), which aims to setup research and development units for corporate entities, enabling them to benefit from — at-scale — enterprise-grade resources. A central aim being the creation of ‘mercantile’ space enterprise — non-defense related business in-space which does not or is not related to security concerns in any way exceeding that of a business operating on earth in any economy. In other words, safely operating in space. The productisation of any and all technologies developed along this route is a secondary aim. To define the tracts available:

M&A | CM | P | TRU | CE | VF

M&A or Mergers & Acquisitions. CM denotes Capital Market access. P allows property to be purchased anywhere in the world. TRU is the Technology Research Unit R&D structure. CE is a Charitable Endowment facility. And VF refers to the Vehicular Fleet tract designed to ensure the joint-management of accounted-vehicles. Key inspirational questions behind the Hybrida concept was the following: “How could you know of the status of your earthly securities or assets, where you to be travelling (or even living) in space?” Another was, “How could a merchant spacecraft operate safely, given a large number of on-board personnel (a robotica)?” A third consideration relates to the interplay between these two questions, “How can a robotica keep-in-light-contact with friends, family and personnel on earth?”

Hooves aims to commercialise agricultural-technology; with a grand embarkation toward the development of food for the exoearth economy. Empowering societies and bringing flora, fauna, machine, nature et al, together in new, innovative ways to drive safer productivity to greater and more successful levels of achievement.

Halos looks to steer the R&D-deployment of any and all technology developed in-house by Winterdelta. Commercialising intellectual property and encouraging professionalism and promoting the global dispersal of prosperity. An early-stage prototype being the Multi-OS. A late-stage ambition being the study of the O’Neill Cylinder, and the stating of existential questions such as, “How could trees — or even forests — be planted in-space?” or, “How can biodiversity excel in artificial (or non-) space-environs?”

Optimal change / the optimal change in output
